Why Are There Three Different Music Videos Of In Harmony?
For those of you who have noticed on YouTube that there are three different music videos of our antiracism song In Harmony, you might be wondering why this is the case. Here is a recap of those three different music videos as well as all of them embedded here in this post for your viewing pleasure. Of course if watching any of these directly on YouTube, please hit the Like button and share them with others as every little bit helps (and ask your friends to do the same).
Main Studio Version Of In Harmony
The first music video of In Harmony is our studio version of the main song. We sometimes call it the ‘short version’ since it runs in at about four and a half minutes.
Extended Monster Guitar Studio Version Of In Harmony
Next we have our extended ‘Monster Guitar’ studio version which is really the longer version of our song In Harmony. The first four and half minutes of this music video is identical to the main version above but it continues on for a total of over seven minutes long with video footage showing Clint Cora playing the extended guitar solos in the song. There is an additional chorus with all the singers in this extended version as well. For guitar fans, this is the version that we hope they will really like.
Lyrics Music Video Version Of In Harmony
The most recent music video of In Harmony is our lyrics video which allowed viewers to get closer to the lyrics of the song line by line as the song plays. Hopefully our listeners can get a deeper understanding of the lyrics as well as the main messages of the song that Clint Cora wanted to write about when the lyrics were written. This lyrics video also features several volunteers to help showcase the lyrics of In Harmony and you can see that they did it in a very playful and fun way. You can even sing along to the lyrics of the song with the video version below.
Future Music Video Versions Of In Harmony
Some might think that three music video versions of the same song is a lot but there will actually be even more different versions to come! In Harmony is being translated into a few different foreign languages including Spanish, French, Cantonese and Mandarin. As each of these different foreign language versions of the song gets completed in the recording studio, we’ll shoot a new music video for each one that comes out as well so each language version of In Harmony will have it’s own related music video.
There is also an acoustic guitar version of In Harmony in English that is almost done and we’ll most definitely be shooting a separate music video for this version too.
The future music videos of In Harmony may or may not feature video footage from the studio like our main one that came out first. We may want to get more adventurous and do more artistic type of videos. We don’t know exactly how they will look like yet but part of the fun and challenge is to produce each music video a bit differently from the last one.
