We Appreciate Indigenous Aboriginal Culture

Last Friday here in Canada was National Day for Truth and Reconciliation which recognizes the residential schools victims as well as indigenous aboriginal culture. We at Unity Power Force support this since we promote diversity and multiculturalism. Of course we also promote antiracism and antidiscrimination, we also realize that aboriginal people not only in Canada but elsewhere in the world have been discriminated against time after time.

I personally have always appreciated native First Nations as well as Inuit culture here in Canada and in other countries. I have a nice collection of both native art and Inuit art at home. I have even maintained a separate educational website that focuses on Canadian aboriginal native and Inuit art called Free Spirit Gallery for many years.

So to help showcase our appreciation for indigenous aboriginal culture, here are two video shorts I shot to show a few pieces of my favourite native and Inuit art from my own private collection at home all to the soundtrack of our antiracism and antidiscrimination song In Harmony.
