Guess What Classic Rock Song This Is?

Hope you enjoyed our December release of our little acoustic guitar instrumental called Hope. For the start of the new year 2023, we want to release a big song that is fun and sort of recognizable because instead of releasing another original song this time, we will put out a remake cover song that is a rock classic.

But let’s have some fun for a few weeks before its January 27 release date! Instead of announcing what song this is, we are going to post a series of video shorts to see if anybody out there can actually guess which song this is.

So here’s the first video short or reel from the music video that was shot back in September 2022. If you can guess what song this is from the classic rock era, feel free to add it to the comments section below. We’ll post a few more video shorts as hints on this same webpage as we get closer to the January 27 release date.

With this third video hint featuring the beginning of our singing, I’m sure that many more folks will finally be able to guess what this mystery song is! If you think you finally know it, add your guess in the comments below.

Here’s our 4th video hint similar to the one above. We had a few correct guesses on YouTube and TikTok but none here at this website nor on Instagram or Facebook yet.

The Mystery Cover Song Revealed

As we show the last video for this webpage below which shows the main chorus of this mystery song, the tune will no longer be a mystery. This is when we finally reveal the song which is ‘Rock’n Me’ by Steve Miller Band.

The way Unity Power Force performs this great classic rock song is quite different compared to the original by Steve Miller. Our version has bigger hard rock guitars which are also played with a different rhythm compared to the original. We have bigger vocal harmonies during the chorus and our cover song version has more guitar solo parts. We even have an echo guitar at the beginning and bridge sections of our song version. And of course as you can see in the above clips, we have two lead singers on the verse parts of the song.
