Music Videos From Brazil

I spent two weeks in Brazil recently and it was my first trip there. I went to Rio de Janeiro first followed by a short stop in Foz do Iguazu where I took in Iguazu Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world. I ended my trip in Sao Paulo.

Of course I shot a lot of video and created several new music video versions of some of our Unity Power Force songs compiled for you below starting with the footage shot at the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue which overlooks the city of Rio de Janeiro.

The second most popular tourist attraction in Rio is Sugarloaf Mountain also with awesome views from the top but from a different direction since it’s possible to see some of the beaches. Our song Love Has Left Me fit in perfectly.

Our acoustic guitar instrumental Hope which was used in the music video with Christ the Redeemer also worked great for showing some of the tourist attractions in downtown Centro Rio.

Of course I just had to do a Rio beach video and used our acoustic unplugged version of In Harmony for that. I got up really early to be at Ipanema Beach at 7 am for this video shoot since I thought the early morning beach vibe looked much nicer than the crowded beach scene that comes later in the day.

The same version of In Harmony also fit my visit to a quaint neighbourhood in Rio called Santa Teresa really well.

We were so lucky to have Iguazu Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world, as a location for music videos featuring In Harmony for the Brazil side and Hope for the Argentina side. These are really special.

Just across the street from the Iguazu Falls visitor center on the Brazil side is an exotic tropical bird park called Parque das Aves and their colourful birds were the stars of another In Harmony music video.

Last stop of my Brazil trip was Sao Paulo where I captured nice video of art to reflect the cultural element of South America’s biggest city set to our song Rock’n Me.
